Mind, Body, Soul Goals for 2023

As we start a new year I have seen an influx of clients booking appointments. This is awesome! But I also know that life coaching and/or therapy isn't an option for everyone.
That being said, there are still plenty of ways you can work on self-improvement and discovery if you're not in a place in your life to take the leap of hiring someone yet.
Below I have listed 30 ways to live your best life this year, broken up by mind, body and soul. These are all practices I implement myself and encourage in my clients.

Mind
Learn effective conflict resolution and communication skills
Keep track of everything you read/watch/talk about in a day and then monitor your mood following each
Identify what happens internally just before you procrastinate
Practice integrity-if someone could hear you saying what you're saying, would you still say it?
Cut out the news
Look for books/knowledge that go against your opinion. This is called disjointed learning and reinforces your "wise mind!"
Do brain dumping each night before bed
Send someone a text right now telling them that you love them (hint: it can be you!)
Get clear on your values
Take the VIA strengths test
Body
Accomplish one decluttering/cleaning task a day
Go get a checkup
Learn different types of breaths for different responses (i.e. calming, energizing, focus, etc.)
Cut out gluten
Drink matcha daily
Get sunlight within your first five mins of waking (use a sun lamp if needed)
Begin taking supplements
Create buffers in your day to decompress with self-care activities
Don't forget to cool down and warm up before working out
Try a new skill
Soul
Pick an intention word and infuse it into everything you say/do
Daily sound baths
30 minutes of silence a day to be with jus yourself (no reading, scrolling or texting either!)
Create a vision board
Take workshops, courses, masterclasses
Create a playlist of affirmation songs
Do an oracle spread weekly
Journal nightly
Try a spiritual app for daily check ins and insights
Get out in nature
Try picking 1-2 new things from each category to work on and watch your life start to change! Comment below with any additional practices you're adding in this year.
