Gifts for the Women of Wellness

Hey guys, how's it going?! 'Tis the season of gift shopping, and once I curated my own Christmas wish list, I knew I had to share.
Use these suggestions as gifts to give the women of wellness in your life, or as your own wish list for the holiday. I think sometimes as working and independent women it can be hard to figure out what we want for Christmas when we can either just go buy it ourselves or we feel guilty.
So allow this list to take the thought out of it for you, and enjoy!
Hatch
This is one of those things that I would really like to have, but would prefer to spend my money on other things so I never buy it. Hah! It's an alarm clock that mimics the sunrise waking you-to create a more natural and gentle waking in the morning. It's also a sound machine, smart light, meditation app, and has a personalized routine you can create to help you fall asleep better and faster.
2. Wildling Empress Stone
Ever since my Grave's Disease the puffiness in my face is UNREAL. When I learned of the impact of using a gua sha stone (lifting, toning, sculpting, de-puffing), I knew I needed to add this into my routine. This specific stone's energy is known for anti-aging, antioxidant, and promotes relaxation. It's recommended to be used with their oil, (although I have my own I plan to use), but I did ask for the pouch on the site to keep it in, as I know how dirty those stones can get laying out!
3. Laura Mercier Honey Bath
Okay, this stuff is at the top of my list and is TOO GOOD to pass up on. I am gifting it left and right, and asking for it for myself to keep in stock as well. I cannot explain the smell, the feel, the OBSESSION I have with this bubble bath. It comes in two different flavors and I am obsessed with both. The big version even comes with a little honeycomb stick to dip in the product and then run under the water to prevent mess. MUST BUY.
4. Hot Mess Ice Roller
Again, with my Grave's the puffiness is unreal. Ice helps a lot, but it's such a pain and so messy to deal with. This ice roller however uses cold therapy to de-puff and tone. It boosts circulation, shrinks your pores and helps with lymphatic drainage. The best part? You just put it in the fridge and use when ready!
5. Simple Self Wellness Set
What's a good Christmas without a new planner? I like this specific set because of the simplicity and functionality included. You get a planner and a wellness tracker for your desk-with it emphasizing the ability to focus on your mental AND physical health throughout the day. (You know that's right up my alley)! It's rated five stars and featured in Forbes!
So those are the most specific gifts on my list...I've also got my eyes on some macrame wall hangings and crystals as well!
Hopefully this list gave you some Christmas inspiration! Feel free to comment below with any of the gifts you're asking for! You know we love to shop!!
Until next time XX
